Aegro is one of the most prominent startup B2B Saas in Brazil. Aegro is a cloud-based farm management software to plan and control crops, log activities, facilitate collaboration, and manage costs and budgets.

As a startup in the traction phase, Aegro had just made its first round of $500k investment and was still validating the product market fit and channel fit. So our mission was to validate the inbound marketing channel and reach the first 1000 customers. Disclaimer: Agribusiness is the least digitized sector in the world. No agtech in the world had validated this channel until then.

These were some of the steps taken:

  • Through competitive analysis, we realized that competitors produced superficial content and by freelance journalists. So I trained a group of PhD student agronomists to write blog articles with over 1,500 keywords;
  • I used a keyword prioritization strategy, On-page SEO Checklist and growth hacking tactics for content distribution. This strategy. This strategy I taught at the semrush event on growth hacking.
  • Used remarketing campaigns and Journey lifecycle optimization, such facebooks ads, email marketing and social midia.

Under my lead, our team has invested in content marketing and social media strategies with the aim of educating the market and raising awareness of the issues facing farmers.

As a result of my work, we broke the registration for the engagement of period and site visitors within 12 months.
