Web Service Pro is a marketing agency who serves local businesses — particularly residential and commercial contractors. They want to increase their revenue by primarily generating confirmed booked appointments from motivated clients ready to pay for their most profitable services.
They were looking for partners to help generate qualified leads for their sales team who understood how to generate booked calls through Facebook and Instagram Ads.
I did a complete audit of the funnel and noticed that there were some gaps such as loss in page loading, CPA was very high and the offer did not seem to attract the attention of the right audience. We optimized page loading and changed the headline to a more powerful offer.
I created first-person narrative ads with strong emotional appeal, revised the landing page copy building off the offer, and created congruent copy and images/video ads targeting the middle and bottom of the Facebook funnel.
After landing page optimization and validating copy and visuals for ads, I was able to generate 4 to 6 booked calls per week at a cost of $11 per booked call. That was a major decrease in Cost Per Call beating the client’s benchmark by 5.4x.
